SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Orders under that threshold are charged standard shipping rates at checkout. We ship worldwide; international shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Processing time varies by product. In-stock standard items typically ship within a few business days. Custom-built items, such as the GL Series Chock, take longer to manufacture before shipping since they're built to order. Contact us for a specific time estimate on your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

If an item arrives defective or we made an error with your order, we cover the cost of return shipping and there's no restocking fee. If you're returning an item for any other reason, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom-built items (such as the GL Series Chock) can be returned within 30 days, but a 15% restocking fee applies unless the item is defective. Because these are made to order, please confirm your specifications carefully before purchasing.
